Experience the traditional Greek way of life, culture, the Greek art of cooking. Teta, the host, shares stories about the real Mykonian lifestyle while you taste and enjoy some Mykonian meze snacks like dakos with kopanisti cheese and tomato, louza (sun dried pork fillets), wine and Cretan rak. Visit the vegetable garden to learn about local organic farming and seasonal earth products, enjoy coffee, juice and some baked goods. Prep and cook traditional Greek dishes, such as feta spinach pie, stuffed bell peppers and tomatoes, and tomato stewed beef with orzo accompanied with local wines. Mykonian Spiti invites you to bring the menu home with you as they email you the recipes of what dishes you booked. Classes include hotel pick up and drop off. Classes are subject to available and confirmations are sent within 48 hours of booking.
